Here you will find links to a Guidance Note and application form in respect of a new pilot Local Link Community Transport Service scheme. Please pass on to any community groups you believe may be interested.
Grant aid of up to €5,000 for the project is available. The value of the grant will be determined on a case by case basis.
This is a Closed Call for applications in that the Local Link office – in this case ourselves in Ring a Link – is being requested by the National Transport Authority (NTA) to identify one only potential project from one only of the counties Kilkenny, Carlow and Wicklow; and seek the required information from the community group proposing to operate the service. There will, thus, be only one successful project between the three counties.
The closing date for receipt of applications to us at ringalink@gmail.com by 12 mid-day on Tuesday 19th November to enable us to recommend a suitable application to the NTA. See the links below for the guidance notes and application form.
